Free cancellation until 14 days before check-in. After that, cancellations are subject to a 100% fee.
How it works
If you cancel 14 or more days before your check-in date, you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel within 14 days of check-in, the full reservation amount is non-refundable. Refunds within the free cancellation window will eventually be processed automatically; for now our team processes them manually after you submit a cancellation request.

Typhoon Protection (official booking exclusive)
If your flight is cancelled due to a typhoon, guests who booked directly on our official site can change their reservation dates free of charge. This benefit is valid for up to 1 year from your original booking date. Depending on the season and new dates you choose, a price difference may apply.
